Limited Equipment

Take control of your health.

How to exercise with limited equipment

Working out with any amount of equipment removes many barriers that come from lack of variety in possible exercises. Any resistance other than gravity itself allows us to create exercises that target muscle groups that are otherwise difficult to train. For example, “pull” exercises like dumbbell curls are difficult to recreate without weights because we must contort our body to push against gravity with our biceps. Naturally, we use our triceps for a push-up. As such, we are working to create a customizable list of equipment that can be opted as owned by you which can be put in and taken out of your program. Make sure to activate your entire body and use resistance to train as many muscle groups as you can!

This program includes the least variance between exercises and provides a straightforward schedule to maintain a baseline level of health while utilizing your available equipment to best suit your needs.
